PCD Oil & Gas GBC

The GBC range features a thick PCD table, a design proprietary to E6 Oil & Gas, with a non-planar interface design optimised to provide good impact resistance together with long wear life. They are available in various diameters and are designed to be oriented in the drill bit for optimal cutting.

PCD Oil & Gas GDC

The GDC range of cutters are designed for single or multiple use in general drilling applications where impact resistance and wear resistance are important. The range features a non-planar, axi-symmetrical interface design with a medium thickness PCD table. The range is available in three diameters, 13,16, and 19 mm in six variations.

PCD Oil & Gas GDX

These cutters are designed for single or multiple use in general applications where impact resistance and high wear resistance are important factors. The GDX range has a non-planar, axi-symmetric interface design incorporating a high abrasion resistant, medium thickness PCD table. Available in 13,16, and 19 mm diameter versions, the GDX range features a customised high abrasion resistance PCD table.

PCD Oil & Gas SQC

The SQC cutter range features a planar interface design with two different thicknesses of PCD for use in general drilling applications that is designed to offer a superior combination of impact toughness and wear resistance. Available in 8mm,13mm and 19 mm diameters and with the diamond layer available in 0.7 mm and 1.7mm thicknesses.
